Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pirate Pots and all associated casino and sports betting services provided by Green Champions Leader SRL, a company incorporated in Costa Rica (registration number 3-102-917157), whose registered address is LY Center, Los Yoses, San Pedro, Montes de Oca, San José, Costa Rica. We operate under gaming licence ALSI-202502014-FI1 issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.

By registering an account, making a deposit or using any service offered at Pirate Pots, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the site or its services.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or on-site notice. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account at Pirate Pots you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age. We apply strict age verification and will request documentation before processing withdrawals or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect underage use.
• Be legally permitted to gamble online under the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your country. Players based in prohibited jurisdictions may not open an account.
• UK players note: Pirate Pots operates as an informational and referral website. Actual gambling activities take place on the operator's platform, which is licenced under Anjouan jurisdiction. UK players should satisfy themselves that accessing this service is permitted under applicable local rules.
• Maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts operated by the same individual are prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, all may be closed and balances or bonus winnings forfeited.
• Not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of Green Champions Leader SRL or any affiliated company.
• Act on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.

3. Account Registration and KYC

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, residential address and telephone number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, we may request supporting documents at any time, including:

• Government-issued photo ID (passport, driving licence or national identity card).
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months).
• Proof of payment method (card statement or e-wallet screenshot).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits are significant in value.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted or closed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on Pirate Pots are processed in GBP (£). Payment processing is handled by Widoma Trading Co. Limited (registration HE 468781), Lefkonos 22, 2nd floor, Strovolos 2064, Nicosia, Cyprus.

Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Processing times vary by method: cards and e-wallets are typically processed within 24 hours once approved; crypto withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. We do not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5. Welcome Casino Bonus Terms

New players who make their first deposit are eligible for the Welcome Casino Package: 250% up to £2,500 + 1,000 Free Spins. The following terms apply:

• The bonus is spread across the first five qualifying deposits.
• Bonus funds are subject to a 35x wagering requirement (bonus amount x 35) before any withdrawal can be made.
• The maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is £5 per spin or per round. Bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus funds are valid for 10 days from the date of issue. Uncompleted bonuses expire at the end of this period.
• Free Spins are valid for 7 days from issue. Free Spin winnings are subject to 35x wagering.
• Wagering contributions: Slots count 100%; Virtual and Lucky games count 50%; Roulette counts 20%; Blackjack and other table games count 10%; Baccarat counts 5%. Live casino games may have reduced contributions - check the promotions page for current rates.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings for the 250% tier is 3x the deposit amount.
• General bonus rules (Section 9) apply alongside these specific terms.

6. Sports Bonus Terms

Players who make their first sports deposit may claim the Welcome Sports Bonus: 100% up to £85. Key terms:

• The bonus matches your first sports deposit up to a maximum of £85.
• Only the following sports count towards wagering: Football, Basketball, Ice Hockey and Tennis. Bets placed on other sports do not contribute to clearing the bonus.
• Bet types excluded from wagering contribution: Handicap bets and Draw No Bet. These wager types do not count towards bonus clearance.
• The maximum stake per bet while the sports bonus is active is equal to your qualifying deposit amount.
• The bonus is subject to a 35x wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Bonus is valid for 10 days from issue.
• Maximum withdrawal from sports bonus winnings is 10x the deposit amount (100-119% tier cap).

7. Sports Freebet Terms

Eligible new players may also receive a £20 Sports Freebet. The following conditions apply:

• The freebet is worth £20 and is credited to your account upon meeting the qualifying criteria.
• The freebet is valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Unused freebets expire at the end of this period.
• Maximum winnings from the freebet are capped at £100.
• The stake amount is deducted from any winnings generated by the freebet. For example, if the freebet wins £60, you receive £60 minus the £20 stake = £40 net withdrawal.
• The freebet may only be used on eligible sports markets and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• Winnings from the freebet are not subject to additional wagering requirements beyond the stake deduction.

8. Crypto Combo Bonus Terms

Players who deposit using a supported cryptocurrency may claim the Welcome Crypto Combo: 150% up to 1 BTC + 150 Free Spins. Terms:

• Available on first crypto deposit using Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, USDT, USDC, Tron or Solana.
• The bonus matches your deposit at 150% up to the equivalent of 1 BTC at the time of deposit.
• 150 Free Spins are credited in batches. Spin validity and wagering terms mirror those in Section 5.
• Maximum winnings from the 150% crypto bonus are capped at 6x your deposit amount (150-199% tier cap).
• The bonus is subject to a 35x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering contributions follow the same rates as Section 5.
• Crypto bonus funds are valid for 10 days. Free Spins are valid for 7 days from issue.
• Cryptocurrency values are calculated at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of deposit. Subsequent price movements do not affect the GBP-equivalent bonus value awarded.

9. Weekly Reload and Cashback Terms

Pirate Pots offers recurring weekly promotions for existing players:

• Monday Reload (100% casino reload): Available on qualifying Monday deposits. Subject to 35x wagering. Maximum bonus and winnings cap applies per promotion terms published on the bonuses page.
• Tuesday on the Reels (1,000 Free Spins): Spins credited in daily batches on eligible slots. Each batch subject to 35x wagering within 24 hours of issue.
• Wednesday Double Fun (£5 Live Casino + 150 FS): The £5 Live Casino bonus is credited for use on live dealer tables. Free Spins credited in batches. Standard wagering applies.
• Live Casino Thursday (25% cashback): Cashback applied to net losses on eligible live dealer games. Maximum cashback winnings are capped at 5x the cashback amount. Cashback is credited as bonus funds and must be wagered once before withdrawal.
• Big Sunday Blast (£20,000 prize pool): Tournament-format promotion. Points are accumulated through qualifying gameplay. Prize distribution is published on the promotions page. Prize funds are credited as withdrawable cash unless stated otherwise.

Weekly promotions cannot be combined with other active bonuses unless explicitly stated. Promotion terms may change from week to week. Current terms are always published on the promotions page before the promotion begins.

10. VIP Programme

Pirate Pots operates a six-tier VIP Programme rewarding loyal players with enhanced benefits:

Tier progression is based on sustained monthly deposit and wagering activity. VIP status is reviewed monthly. Pirate Pots reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits and players' VIP status at its reasonable discretion. Gold tier and above receive a dedicated account manager. VIP cashback is credited as bonus funds subject to 1x wagering unless otherwise stated.

11. Game Rules and RTP

All casino games at Pirate Pots are supplied by licenced game studios and operate on certified random number generators (RNG). Each game has its own Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which is published within the game information panel. RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Wagering contributions for bonus clearance vary by game category. Slots contribute 100%; virtual and lucky games contribute 50%; roulette contributes 20%; blackjack and most table games contribute 10%; baccarat contributes 5%. Some games may be excluded from bonus play entirely - consult the bonus terms or promotions page for the current exclusions list.

In the event of a software or technical malfunction, all bets and plays relating to the affected round are void. Pirate Pots shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond our control.

12. Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets are accepted at the prices displayed at the time the bet is placed. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled once confirmed. We reserve the right to:

• Void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• Restrict maximum stakes on certain markets or events at our discretion.
• Delay settlement pending official result confirmation from the relevant sporting body.
• Suspend betting markets in the event of injury, misconduct, abandonment or other significant incident.

In-play (live) betting is subject to market availability. Prices for in-play markets fluctuate rapidly and the price accepted may differ from the price displayed if there is a delay between placing and confirming the bet. Each sport and market type is governed by specific rules published in our Sports Rules section.

13. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others to do so.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or unintended game mechanics.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with casino games or the platform.
• Bonus abuse, including opening duplicate accounts to claim promotional offers multiple times or placing back-to-back bets on low-variance outcomes solely to clear wagering requirements.
• Money laundering or using the platform to conceal the origin of funds.
• Accessing the service from a prohibited jurisdiction.

14. Responsible Gambling Tools

Pirate Pots is committed to player welfare and provides a range of tools to help you manage your gambling activity. All tools are accessible in your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit limits - Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits - Set a ceiling on net losses over a defined period.
• Wager limits - Cap your total betting activity by period.
• Session time limits - Set a maximum duration for each gambling session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality checks - Receive on-screen notifications showing session duration and net results at set intervals.
• Self-exclusion - Exclude yourself from the platform for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or permanently.

15. Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team at support@pirate-pots.uk. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with active bonuses that have not been wagered will have those bonus funds removed upon closure.

Pirate Pots may close or suspend an account at any time if we have reason to believe that:

• You have breached any of these Terms.
• You have provided false or fraudulent information.
• Your account has been used for prohibited activities.
• Continued operation of the account presents a legal or regulatory risk.

In cases of closure due to a breach, any balance may be withheld pending investigation. We will notify you of the outcome as promptly as circumstances allow.

16. Dispute Resolution and Modifications

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact our support team in the first instance at support@pirate-pots.uk. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to the Anjouan gaming regulator under the terms of licence ALSI-202502014-FI1.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

Pirate Pots reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page. Continued use of the platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
